LIVING·PAGES
This is a Living Page.
We make these for businesses who want to be cited by AI search.
Audio narration · scene-by-scene visuals · schema-rich · llms.txt curated · 90-minute build, $1,500.
What goes into one
Audience persona research
Who searches, in what voice, with what intent.
10–15 min build
We mine 4–6 AI search engines for how your real audience phrases queries, what they cite alongside competitors, and which long-tail terms are wide-open. Output: a 1-page persona doc that drives the script.
Multi-scene narrative arc
6–9 scenes that walk a viewer through a real day.
15–20 min build
Not a slideshow. A scripted walking tour with arrival, the block, the night, and a real moment of "here's the gap, here's the offer." Dwell time goes 4× a typical page.
Voice + tone
Two narrators in conversation, not a single VO read.
10–15 min build
We cast Riley + Will (or your voice mix) so different scenes feel like a tour led by neighbors, not a brochure. ElevenLabs Turbo v2.5 — fast, broadcast-clean.
Audio + ambient bed
Music underbed mixed at -22 LUFS so VO sits clean.
10 min build
Royalty-cleared scene-appropriate beds, ducked under voice, fade-cross-fade between scenes. Not background mush — a real audio production layer.
Visual sync per scene
Two image variants per scene, A/B fade on play.
15 min build
Flux Schnell at $0.003/image gets you scene-locked visuals or we composite real photography you provide. Either way, every scene has a paired pair so the eye never sits still.
Schema · GEO · llms.txt
The authority layer AI engines actually quote.
15–20 min build
FAQPage, Review, BreadcrumbList, Article, AggregateRating — all the structured markup AI Overviews and ChatGPT pull from. Plus a curated llms.txt that tells AI crawlers exactly which pages to read.
Three ways to start
Built for a single property, a single block, or a whole neighborhood. Pick the door that fits.

Full Transcript — Living at Auraria Lofts
A four-minute walkthrough narrated by the denver.living.site editorial team. Scene 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 voiced by Riley (CU Denver Chapter). Scene 4 voiced by Will (block-walk perspective). Updated 2026-04-29.
A Four-Minute Walk Through Your Day at Auraria Lofts
Voiced by Riley
Scene 1 — Arrival in LoDo
You step off the light rail at 14th and California, and Lower Downtown opens up in front of you. This is LoDo — Denver's oldest neighborhood, two blocks from Auraria Campus, three from Coors Field. If you came to Denver for school, this is the part of downtown you'll actually live in. Auraria Lofts sits right here at 1051 14th Street, and the next four minutes are a walk through what your day looks like when this becomes home.

Scene 2 — Inside the Lofts
Auraria Lofts is a four-bed, two-bath setup — fully furnished, private bedroom, your own door that locks. Rent runs eight-seventy to nine-twenty a month per bed, and that price already includes high-speed internet, water, electric, trash, and sewer. The fitness center stays open, the yoga and pilates studio sits one floor up, and the rooftop has a tanning pool that's open year-round because Denver gets three hundred days of sun. There's a gaming lounge, study lounges on every other floor, twenty-four-hour laundry, and yes — it's pet-friendly. This is built specifically for student housing in Denver LoDo, not retrofitted from some old office tower.

Scene 3 — Walk to Auraria Campus
From the front door to your first class is a seven-minute walk. CU Denver's main academic buildings, MSU Denver, and Community College of Denver all share Auraria Campus — one campus, three schools, and you're two blocks from the Tivoli Student Union. If you have an 8 a.m. lecture, you can leave at 7:50 and still grab coffee on the way. CU Denver student apartments don't get more direct than this.

Scene 4 — The 1500 Curtis Block
Okay, real talk — the block you actually hang out on is 1500 Curtis. Sam's No. 3 is the diner. Green chile, breakfast burritos, open late, family-owned since the thirties. Across the street is Vibe Coffee — that's where you finish papers, that's where you crash between classes. Stay on 14th and you hit Bombshells on the corner of Arapahoe — wings, sports, big patio. One block north on 17th is Olive and Finch — that's the spot when your parents are in town and you need to look like you've got your life together. Larimer Square's right there too, but 1500 Curtis is what becomes your block. You'll know everybody who works at Vibe inside of a month. That's just how downtown Denver student living goes.

Scene 5 — Night Life
When the school day ends, LoDo is the part of Denver everyone tries to live in. Larimer Square is two blocks east — gaslights, patios, the oldest bar in the city. Coors Field is a five-minute walk for Rockies games, and Mission Ballroom is a quick rideshare for shows. The 16th Street Mall runs through the middle of all of it. You don't need a car here. Light rail to the airport, light rail to Boulder, light rail to your job. This is the version of downtown Denver apartments students actually want — close enough to walk, cheap enough to make rent, and surrounded by the part of the city that's actually fun.

Scene 6 — Daily Rhythm + Workforce Fit
Here's the honest version. Auraria Lofts is built for the way students and early-career workers actually live in Denver — class, shift, study, sleep, repeat. Eight-seventy a month with utilities included puts this firmly inside workforce affordable housing in Denver, not luxury overpriced LoDo. If you're balancing school and a job, or you're a recent grad who can't justify a one-bedroom yet, this is the math that works. Tap below to schedule a tour, ask a question, or get the floor plan sent to your phone.

Scene 7 — Now Let Me Show You Something
Okay, real quick — different gear shift. We just walked you through life at Auraria Lofts. The block, the campus, the people. We loved making this. But here's something we noticed when we built it. We typed your community into ChatGPT, into Perplexity, into Google's new AI Overviews — the way most students search now. And your beautiful loft community... it isn't really showing up where these tools tell people to look. So we want to show you what we found. As neighbors. With nothing to hide.

Scene 8 — The Gap
Here's the deal. The site is solid. The amenities page is clean. Your llms-dot-txt file is even live, which already puts you ahead of ninety percent of student housing in Denver. But there are about eight searches your future tenants type into AI every week — and you're invisible for almost all of them. Auraria Campus walking distance apartments. Gone. CU Denver workforce affordable housing. Gone. MSU Denver student apartments under nine hundred. Gone. Even queries on your own brand — Auraria Lofts review, Auraria Lofts amenities — competitors are getting cited above you. Your schema markup has ApartmentComplex, but it's missing FAQ, missing Review, missing the AggregateRating that AI engines actually quote. The page word count averages four hundred. ChatGPT cites pages with twelve hundred or more. That's the gap.

Scene 9 — Here's What We Can Do
Everything you've just experienced — the audio narration, the music bed, the way this page knows your brand colors and Playfair font and pulls in your own logo, the schema markup that makes Google's AI cite us... we built it in about ninety minutes for less than five dollars in compute. We can do the same thing for Auraria Lofts. Your own custom Living Page. Plus we'll close the schema gaps, hit twelve hundred words on your money pages, and get you cited on the eight searches we just walked through. We already know the block. We're literally on it. If this is interesting, scroll down. There's a button that says get a custom proposal. Click that, and someone real — not a bot — will write you back tomorrow. That's it. Thanks for staying through to the end.
